Are We Safer Today?
In the only documentary to explore their historic work, the members of the 9/11 Commission reunite to revisit the most extensive investigation in US history, to assess the government's progress in implementing their recommendations, and to address the question, “Are We Safer Today?"
The project has three components:
1) A film that will air on public television in the fall of 2022.
2) A civics curriculum and learning app produced by Indiana University’s Center on Representative Government.
3) A podcast also titled “Are We Safer Today” featuring two of the top 9/11 Commission staff interviewing the investigators who were responsible for this epic work.
